stuff i need to do, but don't want to

- write 2 field books, one is a thesis driven essay about the relationship between China and the U.S. that has to be at least 1,500 words and one that is like a story about growing up in a Chinese village that has to be at least 1,200 words... fun
- get voice clips of different Chinese accents and dialects and then do experiments and surveys on them for my stupid DISP
- study for my Chinese final and take my Chinese final

So I talked to a class of 50 Chinese students. It was a listening/speaking class and the teacher thought it would be a good opportunity for them to meet an American... so in return for using them to fill out my survey, I had to talk to them about life in the U.S.... dude, I didn't know what to talk about, but yeah... it went ok.
