Madison

I love Madison. It's such a great place. Usually I get homesick when I stay in a place not close to home (like Beijing, Bay Area, NYC, etc), but I can really see myself living in a place like this. I'm seriously considering coming back here for graduate school or to raise a family or something. I love California as well so I don't know. I'm glad I'm here for the summer though and not winter. I'm sure I'll change my mind if I stay here when they have some snowstorm.

The only downside is the humidity and heat sometimes, but lately, it's been really nice. The lakes are so beautiful and UW-Madison is a great school with a lot of great resources. Downtown Madison and State Street is just so full of energy and the people here are so down-to-earth. I'm going to miss leaving this place. I don't miss home that much because I usually miss home when I hate the place I'm currently living in or something. And I usually miss my family, but I haven't missed them lately.
